A) Available Profiles:
This year, we have positions available in Sales spread across various channels and locations in India. The following profiles are available for the position of Executive Trainee (ET) Sales:

1) Tied Agency Channel:
This profile will require the Executive Trainees to set up their own distribution in the form of Life Insurance Advisors and lead them to achieve sales and other business objectives.

2) Alternate Channels:
Executive Trainees Alternate Channels will assume responsibilities in any one of the Alternate Channels - presently, Direct Marketing, Health Assurance, Bancassurance & Alliances. This profile will require the Executive Trainees to focus on direct sales management.

The final decision regarding the Channel and location allocation will rest solely with ICICI Prudential.


B) Career Progression:
ICICI Prudential has a transparent and well defined Career Path for Executive Trainees. It offers various career options and opportunities for a fast track career growth.

C) Indicative Compensation :

1) Executive Trainee – Tied Agency:
Fixed Salary + Performance linked incentives : Rs. 3,10,000/- to Rs. 4,60,000/-

Additionally, Executive Trainee -Tied Agency will be eligible for:
i) Business Development Allowance (Variable)
ii) Other Employee Benefits

2) Executive Trainee – Alternate Channels:
Fixed Salary + Conveyance Reimbursements + Performance linked incentives: Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 4,05,000/-

Additionally, Executive Trainee - Alternate Channels will be eligible for:
i) Other Employee benefits

Note:
1) The above figures are an indicative range of earning potential, and would vary depending on the location of posting.
2) The performance linked incentive factored in the above, is an estimate of the average earning and is purely a function of sales performance. The performance linked incentive has no upper cap.

D) Selection Process

The selection process will comprise:
1. ICICI Prudential Presentation
2. Group Discussion (GD)
3. Written Test
4. Final Interview by ICICI Prudential Interview Panel
